Pistachio Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 box instant pistachio pudding
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/8 c. water
    3/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Combine
    all ingredients
    and
    mix
    with
    a
    spoon
    (no mixer).
    Grease 2 loaf pans and dust with a mixture of 1/2 cup of sugar
    and cinnamon to taste.
    Any leftover can be used to sprinkle on top of loaves.\tBake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cool,
    wrap
    in
    foil and refrigerate overnight. This enhances the flavor. Freezes well.
