Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    4 tsp. milk
    1 egg
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and vanilla; then beat in egg until light and fluffy.
    Stir in milk.
    Blend in flour.
    Refrigerate in a covered bowl overnight or at least 2 1/2 hours.
    When ready to cook, spoon out dough on a lightly floured cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
