Grandma'S Cookie Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oleo or butter
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water

Preparation

Mix butter, oil, cocoa and water.
Bring to a boil.
Add the sugar, flour and salt; beat well.
Dissolve soda in buttermilk and add to mixture along with eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Pour into greased cookie sheet.
Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
