Spinach-Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichokes
1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 onion, chopped
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, defrosted and squeezed dry
1 (10 1/2) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten or Egg Beaters
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed seasoned croutons
Preparation

Saute mushrooms, garlic and onions (until onions are limp) in artichoke marinade.
Stir in drained and dry spinach, soup and sour cream, eggs, oregano, nutmeg, pepper and lemon juice until well blended.
