Caramel Rum Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 caramels
    4 Tbsp. rum extract
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. water
    4 apples, sliced
Preparation
    Heat caramels, rum extract, butter and water in a double-boiler over moderate heat, stirring until mixture is smooth.
    Pour into fondue pot and keep warm.
    Spear apple slices and dip in fondue.
