Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw carrots, grated
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except carrots, together.
    After well mixed, add carrots.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured layer pans for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Use Carrot Cake Icing.
