Buttermilk Pie #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. real butter (1 stick), at room temperature
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until it looks grainy, then add flour and eggs until it looks creamy.
    Fold in buttermilk, butter flavoring, lemon extract and vanilla.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    (Check at 30 minutes, if getting too brown, cut down 25 degrees.) Done when middle is not wiggly.
