Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 red pepper
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 small onion
    1/2 clove garlic
    Italian seasoning
    parsley
    oregano
    1/2 hot pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Shred the Cheddar cheese and let stand until softened.
    Cream together with softened cream cheese.
    Add chopped red pepper, chopped green pepper, garlic and hot pepper.
    (Drain off excess juice before adding to cheese.)
    Add smidgen Italian seasoning, parsley and oregano.
    Add couple drops Worcestershire sauce.
    Blend with mixer.
    Shape on plate and refrigerate.
    Seasonings are really to your own liking.
    There is no exact measurement.
    Don't worry, you'll get better with practice.
