Kappa Alpha Theta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    2 c. cooked shrimp
    2 c. cooked crabmeat
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. warm milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut crusts off of bread and cut into cubes.
    Cook celery until tender. Put 1/2 of bread cubes in bottom of 3-quart casserole. Mix shrimp, crabmeat, green pepper, diced celery, salt and mayonnaise and spread over bread.
    Mix egg, milk and mustard and pour over mixture in casserole.
    Cover with rest of bread.
    Spread over the top one can of undiluted cream of mushroom soup.
    Spread cheese over top and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
