French Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cake flour
    3 or 4 oz. can coconut
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add egg and sour cream.
    Mix in dry ingredients except coconut.
    Grease 8-inch tube pan or square pan. Line bottom of pan with all the coconut and pour in batter. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
