Brown Sugar Pecan Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to to 350\u00b0.
    Mix butter, brown sugar and egg. Stir in flour and pecans.
    Drop by teaspoons about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Dough will flatten and spread. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until set.
    Makes 3 dozen.
