Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cake flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    6 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
Preparation
    Beat 6 egg whites with 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar until soft mounds form.
    Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until stiff.
    Combine egg yolks, cold water, vanilla and lemon.
    Blend egg yolk mixture with dry ingredients.
    Beat 1 minute.
    Fold egg yolk mixture into egg white mix (1/4 at a time).
    Do not stir.
    Pour into ungreased tube pan.
    Cut through batter to remove bubbles.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Invert pan and leave until cool.
