Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour (all-purpose)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 c. peeled and chopped apples (different varieties are best)
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well and set aside.
In large bowl, beat eggs.
Stir in oil and vanilla.
Add sugar.
Add flour mixture until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in apples and chopped nuts. Spread into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake 45 minutes.
Transfer to a wire cooling rack, cool completely.
(Cake can be frozen up to 3 months.)
