Conch Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. conch, tenderized and finely chopped
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
salt and pepper to taste
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Combine all ingredients with enough milk for the mixture to hold its shape.
Form into fritters and fry in 350\u00b0 oil until golden.
Drain on paper towels and serve with hot sauce or the sauce of your choice.
