Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. liquid oil
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Boil raisins for 3 minutes; strain.
    Sprinkle with a little flour and set aside.
    Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil, milk and eggs.
    Fold in raisins.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
