Morning Lift-Off - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 c. hot cooked oatmeal
1 Tbsp. honey
3 small bananas, sliced
1/4 c. Grape-Nuts
1/4 c. firm tofu, sliced
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
Preparation

In a blender, mix orange juice, oatmeal and honey with bananas for 1 minute on medium speed.
Add cereal, tofu and wheat germ; blend for 1 more minute.
Makes 5 cups.
