Pistachio Cake - cooking recipe

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
3 whole eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 box white cake mix
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Sift cake mix into large mixer bowl and add pudding mix, eggs, oil, club soda and nuts. Beat batter at medium-high speed for 4 minutes (this is very important). Pour batter into a greased Bundt, tube or 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool completely; frost.
