1 lb. unsalted butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
3 c. flour
blanched almond halves
Preparation

Cream butter thoroughly and add sugar.
Mix well.
Then gradually add flour until
mixture becomes pliable.
Roll into desired shape. May be topped with blanched almond halves.
Bake in a slow oven at 300\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until almonds are browned.
