Grandma Gray'S Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison pieces, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons oleo in large cast-iron frypan.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and sage.
    Dip venison pieces into mixture and place in hot pan turning once until done.
