Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. raw celery, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 raw onion, diced
Preparation
    Cook the frozen vegetables as directed on the package.
    Drain. Add the diced raw vegetables.
