Crabmeat Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 slices toasted bread
    4 crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    dash of garlic
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in oleo.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Shape into patties.
    Dip in cracker crumbs. May fry or bake.
