Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables, thawed
    1 (10.5 oz.) can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 small can Durkee fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can onions.
    Pour mixture into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remainder of cheese and fried onions and bake an additional 5 minutes.
