Surprise Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. nuts, finely chopped
36 to 48 Hershey Kisses
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl.
Add flour and nuts; blend well.
Shape about 1 tablespoon of dough around each candy, covering it completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 7 to 10 minutes, or until set but not brown.\tCool and roll in confectioners sugar.
Store airtight.
Makes 36 to 48.
