Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 onion, chopped
    2 toes garlic
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Saute seasonings with meat.
    Add soup, beans and tomatoes.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Cut tortillas in fourths.
    Put 1/2 of these in greased casserole dish.
    Pour half of meat mixture on this and cover with half of the cheese; repeat.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Set aside about 10 minutes before serving.
