Cocktail Party Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. liverwurst
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine (room temperature)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. minced parsley
    1/4 c. brandy
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    crudites and crackers
Preparation
    Mix in\telectric
    mixer
    or
    food processor fitted with steel knife.
    Beat
    liverwurst until softened.
    Add butter and cream cheese and\tblend
    until light and fluffy.\tAdd parsley, onion, brandy and\tcurry
    powder.\tAdd salt and pepper.
    Spoon into serving container.\tCover and chill.
    Serve with crudites and assorted crackers.
