Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts or 1 whole cut-up chicken
    1 can chicken soup
    1 1/3 c. rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cut stick of oleo into pieces in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle rice over oleo.
    Place chicken over rice and salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix both soups and water together and pour over the chicken; cover.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
