Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    1/4 small onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash and onion together in saucepan in small amount of water until tender.
    Cool and drain.
    Add beaten egg, 1 cup stuffing, milk, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in bottom of casserole dish.
    Add squash mixture to dish.
    Top with stuffing and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
