Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 stack crackers (4 oz.)
    1 egg
    1 c. corn meal mix
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Put salmon in a 2-quart mixing bowl.
    Add crumbled crackers and egg.
    Mix well.
    Make patties; roll in corn meal mix.
    Fry in pan with 1/2 inch oil (hot).
    Fry until golden brown.
    Serve with French fries and salad.
    Makes 12 patties.
