Baked Ham With Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. raisins
    1/2 c. water
    pineapple rings (optional)
    cherries (optional)
Preparation
    Wipe off ham
    with damp cloth or soak in water, according to directions.
    Put ham in roaster, skin side up.
    Add one cup of water for
    any
    size ham.
    Bake 15 minutes per pound at 350\u00b0.
    Do not
    open
    roaster
    during this time.
    At the end of baking time, remove
    ham
    to
    flat baking pan.
    Peel off skin; score fat.
    Top with
    brown
    sugar,
    pineapple
    rings
    and/or cherries.
    Blend 1/2 cup brown sugar and dry mustard.
    Slowly add lemon
    juice, lemon rind, flour, raisins and water.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
