Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 qt. (4 c.) fresh strawberries
    1 pkg. strawberry jello
Preparation
    Cook cornstarch, sugar and water until thick.
    Cool slightly. Add jello and stir until jello is dissolved.
    Cover bottom of cooked, cooled pie shell with strawberries.
    Add cornstarch jello mixture.
    Top with whipped cream and chill well before serving.
