Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 eggs, separated
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans coconut
Preparation

Cream together sugar, butter and egg yolks.
Add milk and vanilla.
Set aside.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold egg whites into cream mixture.
Add coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
