Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
milk
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in oil.
Combine sauteed onion and celery with bread crumbs, egg and Mozzarella cheese.
Roll mixture in chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
Mix soup and milk until diluted to a pouring consistency and cover chicken breasts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
