Pineapple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
    6 slices white bread, cubed and crusts removed
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9-inch square or oblong baking dish.
    (I use Pam.)
    Blend ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
