Yellow Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large eggs, separated
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Separate eggs 1 hour before making cake.
Beat egg yolks well. Beat 1/2 cup cold water into the egg yolks.
Add the sugar gradually and beat after each addition.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt (sifted together), gradually folding in each addition.
Add vanilla.
