Baby Wipes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. water
2 Tbsp. Johnson's baby shampoo
2 Tbsp. baby oil
1 roll paper towels (cut in 1/2 and pull cardboard center out)
1 Rubbermaid bowl (round or square)
