Mexican Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    3/4 c. firmly diced celery
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1 Tbsp. hot chili sauce
    5 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in the order given; chill and serve on lettuce leaf.
    Serves 6.
