Swiss Chicken(Very Easy And Quick) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
basil
1 tsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
bread crumbs
lemon pepper
butter
tomato wedges
Swiss cheese slices
Preparation
-
Pound chicken and dip in bread crumbs (plain).
Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over it.
Melt butter or oil over medium heat and brown chicken, then drain and line in dish.
Pour sauce over chicken and cut tomato wedges for top of each piece.
Lay Swiss cheese over each piece.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
