Party Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    13 drops food coloring
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Soften butter and add milk, peppermint and coloring.
    Sift sugar; mix, then knead with hands.
    Mold as desired.
    Let dry on wax paper 12 hours.
    Can freeze in tightly sealed container.
