Almond Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. coconut
    1 c. sliced almonds
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. plain flour
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
    2 2/3 c. milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine coconut, almonds, sugar, flour and oleo.
    Mix well. Put in large pan and bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown; stir every 5 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Line dish with crumbs.
    Add pudding to milk; beat until smooth.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour in crumb lined bowl; top with remaining crumbs.
    Chill.
