Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large unpeeled baking potatoes, each cut in 8 wedges
1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in shallow baking pans. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, brushing occasionally with oil mixture.
Makes 8 servings.
