Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flaked salmon
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk or salmon liquid
    2 c. bread cubes
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon and save liquid.
    Add enough milk to make 1 cup. Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth.
    Add liquid.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Flake salmon; add white sauce.
    Then add other ingredients.
    Shape into a loaf and put in a greased dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
