Quiche Lorraine(For Real Men) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (9-inch) deep dish unbaked pie shell
4 to 6 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
8 oz. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Cook and crumble bacon.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium sized bowl, beat eggs, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Layer crumbled bacon and cheese in pie shell.
Pour egg and cream mixture over it.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until quiche is golden brown or puffy.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers and heat or eat cold the next day.
