Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Bring water and salt to a boil; add rice.
    Cover, remove from heat and let stand until water is gone. Cook and drain broccoli.
    Mix onion, rice, broccoli, soup and Cheez Whiz in a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
