Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 box sour cream
    1 pkg. egg noodles
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
Preparation
    Cook beef in large skillet or kettle until half done. Add onion and pepper. Cook until all is done. Press and drain grease. Add all soups and mushrooms to mixture and heat to a slow boil. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Stir well and serve over noodles.
