Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 large (26 oz.) bottle Vernors
    1 (20 oz.) bottle ketchup
Preparation
    Mix beef, soup, eggs and oatmeal.
    Roll into small balls.
    Put in roast pan.
    Mix Vernors and ketchup.
    Pour over meatballs. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Cover first 2 hours, then uncover last hour to thicken.
    Stir occasionally.
