Roast Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 1/2 lb. small new red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix oil, garlic, salt and pepper in 9-inch square baking dish.
    Add potatoes and turn to coat with oil.
    Bake until tender and browned, 30 to 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 6 servings.
