So Different Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. chopped rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine egg yolks and next four ingredients into bowl; mix well.
    Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold gently into the egg yolk mixture.
    Fold in rhubarb.
    Spoon into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes longer.
