Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. oil
    1 can pumpkin pie filling or 1 can plain pumpkin
    3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. black walnuts, chopped or pecans
    1 1/2 c. dates, chopped
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Sift together remaining ingredients.
    Mix well with pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into 2 large greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    You can use the Pam spray or the cooking and baking spray.
