Ham And Potatoes Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 to 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion or 1 medium onion, chopped finely
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and ham in buttered baking dish.
    Stir milk into mushroom soup.
    Add onion, salt and pepper to mixture.
    Mix well; pour over potatoes.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
    Remove cover after 1 hour to brown top.
