Chile Quesadillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz.)
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, drained
1/2 c. mild or medium garden style salsa
prepared guacamole and sliced ripe olives for garnish
Preparation

Sprinkle 2/3 cup cheese onto each of 3 tortillas.
Top each with 1/3 of chiles and 2 tablespoons salsa.
Cover with remaining tortillas, pressing gently.
